Mike Youngquist from 90 Day Fiancé was spotted in New York City with his mother Trish Youngquist and a couple of cast members who have really surprised TLC viewers. Mike, a 37-year-old from Sequim, Washington, first starred in 90 Day Fiancé season 7 with Natalie Mordovtseva, also 37, from Ukraine. Natalie and Mike were godparents to their respective best friends and were simultaneously getting divorced from their exes when they started talking. Mike and Natalie were opposites in many ways from food to their beliefs in God and aliens. Their constant bickering owing to Natalie’s trust issues made fans think the couple would be happiest if they split. But alas, in season 8, Mike and Natalie got married.
Natalie’s move to America did not go the way she planned for it to happen, with Mike living in the woods and not spending time with her due to his work. Moreover, Natalie didn’t get along with Trish, who in turn accused Natalie of being Green Card hungry. Within six months or so, Natalie left Mike and started dating men in Florida on 90 Day: The Single Life. Mike, meanwhile, didn’t show up in any spin-offs, except 90 Day Diaries, where he hinted at still having feelings for Natalie, or in The Single Life Tell-All, where he shockingly admitted that he hadn’t applied for Natalie’s adjustment of status.

Fans haven’t heard of Natalie and Mike getting divorced in the news. In fact they will see him later in The Single Life season 3, as was seen in a promo where Natalie seems to be reconciling with Mike. However, fans didn’t expect to see Mike hanging out with none other than Ron and Betty Gibbs, who are his 90 Day Fiancé season 8 co-star Brandon Gibbs’ parents. “What the hell inspired this weird a** get together?!” asked Reddit u/femme_fatale2022 after sharing a screenshot from 90 Day Fiancé celeb Betty’s Instagram page. In it, Mike was happily smiling while taking a sweet selfie with his mom Trish, Betty, and Ron outside a grand NYC building. More photos on Betty’s page show her and Ron enjoying drinks and dinner with Trish and Mike while visiting popular spots in the city.
“I hate the 90 day fiancé multiverse, haha,” wrote u/Oli_love90. “Moms Without Boundaries support group” shared u/Fluffy_Caterpillar42. Both Trish and Betty are known for being overprotective about their sons on 90 Day Fiancé. Fans joked about their old-school hairstyles while imagining the foursome spending time together in Betty’s hot tub on her Virginia farm. “This is a crossover no one wanted or asked for,” added u/g1eg. Meanwhile, apart from 90 Day Fiancé star Mike and his mom and Brandon’s parents, a few other 90 Day Fiancé stars seem to have visited NYC over the weekend.

Colt Johnson’s wife Vanessa Guerra was in New York. So was Tiffany Franco Smith, who was recently spotted on the dating app Tinder by fans. It’s possible that The Single Life Tell-All was filmed in the city this week. But then again, it doesn’t explain why Betty and Ron were also there. Most 90 Day Fiancé cast members often post about hanging out together when the Tell-All episode allows them to have a mini-reunion of sorts. In this case, Betty and Ron could have been roped in to provide some Pillow Talk-style commentary on the episode or are, probably, just visiting New York City as tourists.
